Overpriced, under-served, no repeat.

Good location, cozy.

Could be even cleaner, windows opened very very little (apartment too hot, especially if you cook or use oven), comms not great (too many unreadable emails, keys only sent on demand, asked for check out time (11 am) only to have cleaner knock at 10:45, pushy when provided feedback. Typical London profit maximiser.

Excellent location, quiet, clean.

Access was via a phone app which is unreliable and for which we did not, at first, have adequate instructions. The problems were largely resolved after some communication with our hosts and we understand that better instructions will be provided in future.

Beautiful and large apartment with good amenities and excellent location to explore London.

The property is beautifully styled and large for the location. It was comfortable and easy to get around London from the area.

It does not have air conditioning or fans so it was very hot during our stay (in summer). The other guests were very loud going up and down the stairs, slamming doors and walking around the apartment above us. The check in time at 4pm is quite late and made our travel day a little tricky.

Easy access and safe.

Not enough towels and no extra toilet paper. Also the couch was small and only one seat. More seating would be ideal.

Great location and nice apartment, enjoyed our weekend.

Great location and very clean apartment. Found it difficult to turn the cooker on to make breakfast although the oven did work.

The blinds were a bit dodgy as in they would not drop down and stay in position. Requires some remedial work to wardrobe handles and gate in hallway.

Enjoyed it, great location, liked the app based self access and check-in. Would definitely book and stay again.

Great location, clean, well equipped apartment ideal for couple or small family visiting London.

We were not clear that this was a basement apartment, was a little surprise but no big deal. No batteries in the TV remote control.

location and was very clean

The windows can barely be opened and had to be propped up to stay open. If the windows could been open wider, a nice cross breeze could occur which would cool the flat nicely.

Great location but over priced for what you get.

excellent location, great showers and beds we’re comfortable.

Kitchen was very small and living room wasn’t comfortable also couldn’t get the tv to work. A loud vacuum sound coming from the court yard. Our unit was in the basement and there was no indication of this in add. You’ll need to use an app to unlock the doors and ASSA mobile has two apps the same but only one works. I didn’t load the correct app which was frustrating. They should email you a link to the exact app to save you the grief.

Wonderful place for staying in the London downtown

Excellent location, very quiet and close to the subway and the British Museum. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and all its design was quite stylish., The bed was very comfortable and linens were clean, The shower room equipment was working great - good control of the water flow and temperature. The internet connection was strong. Furniture looked new and properly maintained. The access to the front door and to the apartment was via the phone and Bluetooth connection. It created feeling of good security. This new technology is supposed to make guests very comfortable.

Using of new technology is always a challenge. A guest must install a special application that provides guest's access to the entrance. The application worked good, but the Bluetooth connection and the electronic lock on the apartment door turned to be faulty and we had to make multiple attempts before the system actually unlocked the door. We had to repeatedly contact the maintenance group for resolving the issue. They need to fix this problem, Another issue was the light in the entry room of the apartment where light was automatically turning on by a motion detector. It was annoying in the night time. There was no way of disabling that motion detector.

A lovely stay!

- really good location, everything was in walking distance - good facilities -clean, comfy, spacious - nice decor

The stay was very good and there was no flaws but the tv could have a pre logged in Netflix as there was a Netflix application etc. or there could be refreshments in the fridge e.g. milk, soft drinks, juices but the stay was good these are just suggestions and I would highly recommend this to a friend.

Nice flat in Holborn

Very clean and nice apartment in a nice area. We stayed in two bedroom flat, equipped with everything needed. (The flat was on the third floor which may be an issue for some travelers)

The beds were a bit tiny for two adults and sleep was not very comfortable
